This is your invitation to join me in making space for tiny moments of awe in your life. Breathe. Notice. Be fully alive wherever you are right now.
With so much to stress about, we sometimes forget we don’t have to problem solve every minute of the day. We can do what we can to live our values AND allow ourselves to pause to feed our hearts and souls.
Remembering to make space for awe, wonder, appreciation, and moments of stillness in our day will help keep us healthy and strong. I am grateful to be able to walk in spaces that inspire awe within me.
As part of my blog ministry, I will be sharing my experience with you to help you with your own “wonder” practice. As you pause to observe and gently wonder about your experiences in your own space, take a breath and let yourself rest in the moment.
This reminds me of a practice my mentor Teri Nehring taught me: “Pause for peace.” We all need more peace in our lives. As a bonus, when we make space for peace within us, we help promote more peace in the world.
