Cancer Benefit information

Scott, my husband, went from feeling like a healthy 42-year-old man when New Years rang in on January 1, 2011 to facing one of the deadliest and most difficult to treat cancers by April of that year. With surgery, chemo and radiation, we thought we had the cancer beaten, but last October we learned that it was back full force. Now we are fighting against stage IV pancreatic cancer and we need your help. . . read more of Scott's story.

A group of friends have gotten together to hold  a benefit concert for my husband Scott Jaeger on Friday, June 21 at the Cafe' Carpe restaurant, bar and music club in Fort Atkinson. Peter Mulvey, Perry Baird and  I will play. Emerging young singer, Jessica Kennedy will also perform as part of my set.

The benefit opens at 6:30 p.m. and continues through Peter Mulvey's set which starts at 8:30 p.m. Come for  a while or come enjoy the entire evening. Full details are on the Cancer Benefit page.

If you cannot make it to the concert, please concert purchasing a ticket for someone who wants to come but doesn't have the funds to spare. A scholarship fund will be established at the Cafe' Carpe. Also, please consider making a donation to the Scott Jaeger Benefit at the Fort Community Credit Union. Donations may be mailed or dropped off to any of the FCC locations.
